Male Elite Stoneforged armour dyed black.. - Guild Wars Forums

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone had the Elite Stoneforged for their male ele and dyed it black, recently (as in the last month or so), and did it turn out a nice, deep black?

Reason I'm asking is I've just bought this armor for my ele, and is the first (and likely only) armor I actually want to dye black. However in the dye preview screen screen, the color appears more as a 'slate grey' shade. So was wondering if this was showing the true color it will be (in which case, I'll need to go with a different color) or if its one of those times where the dye preview is not quite how it will turn out.

As I only have two black dyes on this account, I don't want to waste them on a trial basis, so any help would be appreciated.

check on of the wikis... I saw a black dyed armor there... might aswell try with the stone gauntlets
